Firstly, we have to know about different types of aspect ratios, like the most common 16:9, 4:3, 20:9, 21:9, 19:9 and many more.
As we know, 1920 X 1080p is in the aspect ratio of 16:9.
Let's take examples of some aspect ratio.
- 16:9 (Most common) : 1920 X 1080p
- 21:9 (Nowadays using in latest smartphone) : 2520 X 1080p
- 20:10 : 2160 X 1080p
It is easy to find the aspect ratio of different resolution like 1920 X 1080p or 2520 X 1080p. So, how to find that,
You have nothing to do just divide 1920/1080 = 16/9 or 16:9 and 2520/1080 = 21/9 = 21:9 so simple is that.
But, How to calculate or find resolution or pixel in the different aspect ratio?
Select one of the resolutions like 1080p or 2160p as the width of the resolution means lower part or denominator. Like if you are calculating for 21:9 so the lower part is 9 now see the image:
